There are certian things that you MUST have with you at Check-In, otherwise we cannot legally allow you to stay at TRCC. Please read all the info and make sure you bring everything that's required! Especially your Medical Forms!

There are certian things that you MUST have with you at Check-In, otherwise we cannot legally allow you to stay at TRCC. Please read all the info and make sure you bring everything that's required! Especially your Medical Forms!
Check-In:
Check-in is from 3:30pm to 4:30pm Sunday. Campers need to bring a bag supper for that evening. Visitors are encouraged to depart in (no later than 5pm Sunday)
NO Camper or Staff will be permitted to remain at camp on the day of registration if he/she does not have all the completed forms (including medical forms) with him/her.
At Sunday Check-in you will:
- Make sure you have a physical copy of all required medical forms
- Find out what cabin you will be in
- Provide the nurse with any necessary medication that will need to be prescribed during the week.
- Make your payment if you have not already done so.
Check-Out:
Check-out is on Friday evening following our Friday Night Program, which will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
Parents/Guardians, please do not arrive at camp prior to 7:00pm as it will be disruptive to our concluding camp activities.
Our Friday night program last anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. It consists of skits, singing, camper-of-the-week and cabin-of-the-week awards and more!
Following the program you are encouraged to go to your child's cabin and collect their personal items. Their items will be already packed and ready to be loaded into the car. No campers are permitted to stay at the campground after check-out Friday evening.
Make sure you to pickup your medications from the nurse.
Health/Saftey
TRCC will require all staff and campers to sign a form documenting they either:
- Have been fully vaccinated with one Johnson and Johnson or two Phizer or Moderna shots;
- Have tested negative for COVID within the last 24 hours;
- Have tested positive for COVID within the past 90 days with 5 or more days having passed since the positive test and they have been symptom free for 24 hours.
Medical Forms
Campers MUST bring the following COMPLETED forms with them to camp:
1.Medical Form signed by a doctor certifying that the camper has had a physical exam within the past 3 years.
NOTE: Doctor’s state license number is required. Medical/Health forms are acceptable only if the date that accompanies the physician’s signature is August 01 2022 or later.
2. Medical Release Form signed by parent/guardian giving permission for emergency treatment and/or hospitalization in case of illness or injury.
3. Camper Medical History completed by a parent or guardian.
